The line includes machines required for complete preparation of logs for turned log house construction. First the logs are turned. We offer two kinds of devices for that, depending on the number of houses ordered by the customers.
The next device of the set makes longitudinal grooves to stack the logs. In the first phase a wedge is cut in with circular saws and then the shape mill shapes the desired incision. The cutting of the wedge with use of circular saws results in lower electricity demands, when compared to milling alone, and additionally the cut wedge can be used to cut boards or battens.
The last machine of the line is the device for transverse cuts of the log. This is used to make all corner cuts and cuts for joining internal walls.
