The aim of the project is to increase the company's competitiveness on the market with the use of environmentally friendly technological solutions by implementing an innovative technological process of cutting and bending elements constituting individual subassemblies of manufactured machines.

The implementation of this process will also enable the implementation of innovative solutions in the manufactured wood sawing machines along with the submission of one technical solution for patent protection. This will allow you to develop your business by increasing revenues, reducing costs, increasing profit and increasing employment.

The project is in line with the thematic area - environmentally friendly technologies, because the investment will reduce CO2 emissions due to the reduction of heat energy demand and electricity consumption from the National Power System. As part of the project, purchases of fixed assets in the form of necessary machines and devices for a new technological process will be made, and an advisory service will be commissioned for a scientific unit in the field of technical studies related to the implementation of new innovative solutions in machines, together with the application of one of them for patenting. New jobs will also be created.

The project assumes minimizing the negative impact on the environment of the implemented production processes - significant electricity savings through the use of a fiber laser in exchange for a very energy-consuming plasma burnout, the installation of a set of PV panels will allow nearly 50,000 PLN. kWh reduce the use of conventional energy. The purchase of a heat pump will result in significant savings in the heating material (eco-pea coal) and thus lower CO2 emissions to the atmosphere and, finally, adapting the hall to a new technological process with the simultaneous application of thermo-modernization solutions will also reduce the consumption of thermal energy.
