On 16/09/2022 at 10.00 am at ZMJ Jabłońscy Sp. z o.o. a meeting summarizing the project entitled "Implementation of innovative solutions in manufactured machines by introducing a new technological process for cutting and bending elements constituting individual subassemblies of manufactured machines", which benefits from funding of PLN 2,200,000 from the State of Norway and the state budget.
During the meeting, the project expenditures, including the thermal modernization of the building, the installation of a photovoltaic installation and a heat pump, as well as the purchase of machinery and equipment, were presented. The work of the laser and the automatic shelving was presented.
An innovative solution was presented, developed together with the Kielce University of Technology, "Charge feeding system equipped with specific anti-recoil latches", which is systematically introduced into the machines manufactured in our company.
Then a letter of thanks was read out to the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Norway in Poland and a commemorative plaque for the project was unveiled.
The importance of the NMF was emphasized in the process of stimulating the innovativeness of Polish entrepreneurs.
The meeting was attended by representatives of our staff, representatives of companies cooperating with our company, representatives of contractors as well as local and industry media.

By June 30, 2022, the project was completed in terms of material and finance. All planned purchases under the project were completed, machines and devices were put into operation and employee service training was provided. An application has also been submitted to the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland for a patent for the invention: "Charge feed system armed with specific anti-recoil latches".
A meeting summarizing the project is scheduled for 09/16/2022.
On March 30, 2022, the second meeting took place at ZMJ Jabłońscy Sp. z o.o. showing the advancement of the project in the field of assembly works and operation of already installed machines purchased under the Project entitled "Implementation of innovative solutions in manufactured machines by introducing a new technological process for cutting and bending elements constituting individual subassemblies of manufactured machines", which benefits from funding of PLN 2,200,000 from the State of Norway and the state budget
During the meeting, the already completed expenditures on the thermal modernization of the building, the assembly of the photovoltaic system and the heat pump as well as the completed assembly and commissioning of the laser and the automatic rack for sheet metal storage were presented.
The importance of the NFM was emphasized in the process of stimulating the innovativeness of Polish entrepreneurs.
The meeting was attended by representatives of our staff, representatives of companies cooperating with our company, representatives of contractors as well as local and industry media.
An innovative solution developed jointly with the Kielce University of Technology, "Charge feed system armed with specific anti-recoil latches", was also presented. It was submitted for patent.

On January 31, 2022, the task regarding "Purchase of a fiber laser for sheet metal cutting with its assembly and training of employees in the field of service" was completed.
On January 10, 2022, an agreement was signed for "Purchase of a fiber laser for sheet metal cutting with its assembly and training of employees in the field of service" with Polteknik LTD Sp. z o.o. , Miszewsko 35, 80-297 Banino, which submitted the most advantageous offer in the ongoing tender procedure.
On February 8, 2022, the investment concerning "Purchase and installation of a photovoltaic installation with a capacity of approximately 50kW and a heat pump with a capacity of approximately 40kW was completed and received without any comments"
On January 10, 2022, an agreement was signed for "Purchase and assembly of a photovoltaic installation with a capacity of approximately 50kW and a heat pump with a capacity of approximately 40kW" with SOLARIS OZE Sp. z o.o., ul. Warszawska 6, 25-306 Kielce, which submitted the most advantageous offer in the ongoing tender procedure.
On November 12, 2021, an agreement was signed for the provision of consulting services with the Kielce University of Technology, in the scope of:
Preparation of a technical design (construction and technological documentation) of the charge feeding system equipped with specialized anti-recoil latches, based on the dimensions of the processed sawn timber, which we will use in our wood processing machines
Preparation of a patent application for granting patent protection for a strictly defined period of time, including: analysis of the state of the art, analysis of patentability. In the event of positive results from the above-mentioned analyzes preparation of application documentation to the UPRP.
On December 30, 2021 were completed and received without comments "Construction works consisting in thermomodernization of the production hall in order to adapt it to the new technological process"
On November 8, 2021, a contract was signed for "Construction works consisting in thermomodernization of the production hall in order to adapt it to a new technological process" with the company WOJDACH USŁUGI DEKARSKIE LECH WOJCIECH, Wola Wodańska 151b, 08-117 Wodanie, which submitted the most advantageous offer in the conducted procedure offer.

The aim of the project is to increase the company's competitiveness on the market with the use of environmentally friendly technological solutions by implementing an innovative technological process of cutting and bending elements constituting individual subassemblies of manufactured machines. The implementation of this process will also enable the implementation of innovative solutions in the manufactured wood sawing machines along with the submission of one technical solution for patent protection. The whole project is guided by the slogan "We work together for a green, competitive and inclusive Europe"
During the meeting, the assumptions of the project were presented, the material and financial scope of the project was presented, with particular emphasis on the funding granted by the Program Operator from the funds of Norway.
The importance of the NFM was emphasized in the process of stimulating the innovativeness of Polish entrepreneurs.
The meeting was attended by representatives of our staff, representatives of companies cooperating with our company as well as local and industry media.
